About Naomi Mann

Hi, I'm Naomi Mann, a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for making movement feel fun, realistic, and accessible for everyone.

I decided to become a fitness instructor after facing my own struggles with sticking to a consistent routine and looking after my health. Once I was qualified and working in a commercial gym, I realised that the real problem wasn't a lack of willpower - it was the fitness industry's rigid expectations of what "health and fitness" should look like.

I began to see that I wasn't lazy or unmotivated at all. Like most people, I live in the real world of work, financial pressures, family, and responsibilities. For years, the industry has made people feel undisciplined or unmotivated... and I simply don't believe that's true. I believe most people are incredibly driven and deeply committed to what matters most in their lives - and for many, the gym isn't (and doesn't need to be) the top priority. And that's okay.

My mission is to help people use movement and exercise to support the most important areas of their lives and to rediscover the joy in moving their bodies. I understand how everyday life can impact a fitness routine, and I want to help you navigate those challenges – seeing them as a normal part of life, not as a personal failure.

My goal is to create a welcoming, judgement-free space where you can move at your own pace, have a laugh, and feel good – whether you're brand new to exercise or already enjoy being active. I believe fitness should never feel intimidating, only uplifting, inclusive, and something you genuinely look forward to.
